Sai ki Family is a place of faith, respect and seva. These terms explain the rules that keep our community safe, what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and VPI Limited, the operator of Sai ki Family. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms, our Community Guidelines, our Privacy Policy and the Sai Assistant Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Who can use the app

- The app is offered in India. You must follow the laws that apply to you.
- You must not use the app if we have previously suspended or removed your account.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Use your own mobile number and real name.
- Keep your OTP, PIN and password private. Never share them with anyone, including people claiming to be from us.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think it has been misused.
- You can delete your account at any time from Profile, Account access, Delete Account. See Delete Your Account.
4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
There is no tolerance on Sai ki Family for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post, share or send content, or behave in a way, that:
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualises or endangers children in any way.
- Harasses, bullies, threatens, stalks or intimidates anyone.
- Promotes hatred or violence, or insults any religion, caste, community, gender or group.
- Is defamatory, obscene, invasive of another person's privacy, or shares someone's personal information without consent.
- Is false or misleading, including fake miracles, fake cures, fake donation appeals or impersonation of a person, temple or trust.
- Promotes self-harm, illegal drugs, weapons, gambling or any illegal activity.

5. Reporting, blocking and moderation
- Report an experience from its menu with Report experience.
- Report a message by pressing and holding it.
- Report a directory listing from its page.
- Block a devotee from their profile. Blocked devotees cannot connect with you or message you.
- For anything else, email vikasahuja1971@gmail.com.
Our team reviews reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these terms and may warn, suspend or permanently remove the account of the person who posted it. New directory listings are reviewed before they are published. We may also remove content or accounts without a report when we become aware of a violation, and we cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires.
6. Your content
You own the content you post. By posting it, you give VPI Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute it within Sai ki Family, including hosting experience videos on YouTube as unlisted videos, so that we can run and improve the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other users have already shared or that we must keep by law.
You confirm that you have the right to post your content and that it follows these terms. Content posted by users reflects their own views and not ours. We do not verify claims of miracles, experiences or services posted by users.
7. Sai Assistant
Sai Assistant is an AI assistant. It is not Sai Baba, a guru, a priest or a professional. Its replies are general spiritual guidance, are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or emergency decisions. Usage is limited to 50 questions per day. Read the full Sai Assistant Disclaimer.
8. Events, listings and meeting others
- Events are organised by users, not by us. Organisers are responsible for their events, permissions and the safety of attendees.
- Directory listings are provided by users. We review listings before publishing them, but we do not endorse, verify or guarantee any business, service, price or quality.
- Any dealing, payment or meeting with another user or business happens directly between you and them. Take sensible precautions, meet in public places and never send money to someone you do not know.
9. Fees
Sai ki Family is free to use. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases or paid features. We do not collect donations in the app. If someone asks you for money in the name of Sai ki Family, please report it to us.
10. Our intellectual property and affiliation
The Sai ki Family name, logo, design and software belong to VPI Limited. You may not copy, modify or reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law.
Sai ki Family is an independent devotee community. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi, or any temple or trust, unless we say so explicitly.
11. Third-party services and app stores
The app links to and uses third-party services such as YouTube, Google Maps and map providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
These terms are between you and VPI Limited only, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content, have no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and are not responsible for any claims relating to the app. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also follow the app store's own usage rules.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove your account, without notice, if you break these terms, put other users at risk or if the law requires it. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. Sections of these terms that by their nature should continue, such as liability limits and governing law, continue after your account ends.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it running safely, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or that user content is accurate.
To the extent allowed by Indian law, VPI Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for content posted by users, or for dealings between users. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law.
You agree to compensate VPI Limited for claims arising from content you post or your breach of these terms, to the extent allowed by law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact our Grievance Officer first so we can try to resolve any concern. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. We will show the new date at the top of this page and tell you in the app about important changes. If you keep using the app after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
