Community Guidelines
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Sai ki Family is a sacred space for devotees. These guidelines apply to everything you share: experiences, comments, events, listings, reviews, groups and messages.
1. The spirit of our community
Sai Baba taught shraddha and saburi, and that all paths lead to the same Divine. Please bring that same respect, patience and compassion to every post, comment and message.
- Share your own genuine experiences, satsangs and seva.
- Be kind, even when you disagree. Respect every faith, community and person.
- Protect privacy. Ask before sharing photos of other people, especially children.
- Keep it relevant to devotion, community and service.
2. What is not allowed
We have zero tolerance for the following. We will remove it and may remove the account that posted it.
- Sexual content: nudity, pornography or sexual messages. Any content that sexualises or endangers a child is reported to the authorities.
- Harassment and threats: bullying, stalking, unwanted repeated messages, intimidation or threats of violence.
- Hate: attacks or insults based on religion, caste, community, gender, disability or any other identity.
- Violence and self-harm: graphic violence, encouragement of self-harm or dangerous acts.
- Fraud and false claims: fake donation appeals, fake cures, guaranteed miracles, pyramid schemes or impersonating a person, temple, trust or our team.
- Spam: repeated posts, chain messages, unrelated advertising or misleading links.
- Privacy violations: sharing anyone's phone number, address, private photos or messages without permission.
- Illegal content: anything that breaks Indian law, including drugs, weapons, gambling and copyright infringement.
3. How to report
- An experience post: tap the menu on the post and choose Report experience, then pick a reason.
- A message: press and hold the message and choose Report.
- A directory listing: open the listing and tap Report.
- Anything else, including comments, events or group posts: email vikasahuja1971@gmail.com with a screenshot and the devotee's name.
The person you report is not told who reported them.
4. How to block someone
Open the devotee's profile, for example from their post menu with View devotee, and tap Block. They will no longer be able to connect with you or message you. You can also report them so our team can review their behaviour.
5. What happens after a report
- Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours.
- Content that breaks these guidelines or our Terms of Use is removed.
- Depending on how serious it is, the account may be warned, suspended or permanently removed.
- Content showing child sexual abuse, a threat to life, or other serious crimes is reported to the police and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.
- New directory listings are reviewed before they are published.
6. Appeals
If you believe we removed your content or account by mistake, email vikasahuja1971@gmail.com with your registered mobile number and an explanation. A different member of our team will review it.
