Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Protecting children is a responsibility we take very seriously. These standards explain what we prohibit, how to report a concern and how we respond.
1. Zero tolerance
Sai ki Family prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sexualising minors, sextortion and trafficking. This applies to posts, comments, photos, videos, audio, profiles, groups and private messages.
2. Age requirements
Users must be at least 13. Users under 18 need the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. Devotees can only message someone after a connection request or group membership is accepted, and anyone can be blocked from their profile.
3. How to report
- In the app, report the post or message using Report, and block the account.
- Email vikasahuja1971@gmail.com with the devotee's name and a description. Do not download, screenshot or forward abusive images of children.
- You can also report directly to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in or call the cyber crime helpline 1930. For a child in danger, call 112 or Childline 1098.
4. What we do
- We treat child safety reports as our highest priority and act on them immediately.
- We remove the content and permanently remove the account responsible.
- We report CSAM and child exploitation to Indian law enforcement and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, as required by the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, and preserve evidence for investigators.
- We cooperate fully with lawful requests from authorities.
5. Child safety contact
Our designated contact for child safety is our Grievance Officer, reachable at vikasahuja1971@gmail.com. Read our Community Guidelines and Terms of Use.
